What if the girl already got her permanent residency and then she found out that she got pregnant with the other guy and the family of the guy are also permanent residents in Canada but the immigration already issued visa for her dependant too. Is the government or the immigration can refused her permanent residents or is she will get in trouble here in the government of Canada?

I am not sure what your question is?

If a girl already got her permanent residency, immigration can not refuse her permanent residency because she already got it.

If she lied on her immigration application and didn't disclose either a child that she has that is already born or a common law partner whom she's lived with for at least 12 months or a husband, then she would have a problem if immigration found out about it. Otherwise, there is no problem. Landing while pregnant is no problem because she can not declare a child that is not born yet.

Yap she already got her permanent residents. Is she will gonna get in trouble if she's planning to give birth first to her second baby before she brings her family here in Canada?

You say her family already has a PR visa to come to Canada, then they can come. Just because she has another baby, it would not change the fact that her dependants have a visa.

It's kinda complicated because she has a family back home and the guy who's the father of her upcoming baby has a family also here in Canada. It's just happened while her application is on process she and her legal husband involved in a third party relationship. The fact that her legitimate family already got a visa to enter here in Canada but still she is afraid that she can get trouble in a government of Canada if she will going to apply for employment insurance for her maternity leave and for the child's benefit of her baby. Can you give her advice of what she can do on her complicated situation?

Immigration is not connected to EI. There will be no problem for her family and their visa.

They say here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-ec.asp that CEC takes 12 months so if it's been more than 12 months, she can contact the processing visa office and ask about it.

If she is living in a common law relationship with another man, she can not keep her old common law from back home as a part of her application.

She is wondering maybe the CIC found out that the guy has married already and with the two kids, but still she declared the guy as her common law but the reality is she separated him 4 yrs already and shes living with the other guy now.. Do you think she will gonna get in trouble in this situation or if the CIC denied her application for not telling the truth is she can still applied for PR?

She should tell the truth in her application. If she lies in her application and CIC finds out, then CIC will make a finding of misrepresentation, refuse her application and ban her from Canada for two years.
