At this point of it all I guess we'll hold our breathe and hope for the best! Anxiety is off the charts for us both to know what is the situation of the application.

Thank you for creating this topic, my consultant did the same thing, i will be reporting her to CIC and asking for a full refund and to stop working on my matter. she sent me June 2014 forms when i applied in January and quickly denied it saying she sent the November forms when i clearly signed the June 2014 draft, she is trying to tell me she imported all that information and both of our signatures on the Nov 2014 form lol...., and did not disclose I needed two notarized letters as I am a U.S applicant applying under common-law, really appreciate that you created this topic as it made me look through my files and i noticed the same error. All we can do is hope they hold our application in place in line and not return the entire application. NOTE TO ALL , DO NOT EVER USE AN IMMIGRATION LAWYER for a straight forward case.
