I just find out that I put my passport expiry date one day after the actual expiry date.

I don't think so.. We all are open to make such mistakes.. I hv heard of similar instances where people didn't have any problem

Don't think so , Well you have always an option to notify CIC as this date will be in COPR ,
You can explain that its an mistake (Typo) and would like to rectify it.
