Mistake made in passport date in the purpose letter...where to send the mail regarding this mistake?

My parents applied for the visitor visa for canada last week from chandigarh. Visa application office send the tracking id no. But today while reading the letter wrote by my parents I saw they made a little mistake in it. They wrote issued year of passport instead of expiry date. What should I do now?? Where to send the mail to adress this problem??? Please help!!!!

It's not a major concern and won't affect any decision. I wouldn't do anything.

If their applications state their correct passport details then that's good enough

You can send a Case Specific Enquiry to the relevant visa office for peace of mind. Do be aware: You may not get a response from the visa office to this CSE + visa offices are experiencing a surge in CSEs which slows down visa processing for everyone
