Mistake in WES report

Yesterday I got my WES evaluation report (online download). In my report, the Canadian equivalence summary is different from individual Canadian equivalence given to one of my degree. Now i explain, the Canadian equivalence given to my master degree is " Three years of gradute dental education" while in summary it is printed as "two years of graduate dental education". I think it is a printing mistake, but not sure. I contacted Wes on phone and they told me that it may take 5-7 days. Now my questions are-
- can summary be different from the individual assessment, because, I think summary Is just the addition of all Canadian equivalence given to each degree.
- can I proceed for CIC or I should wait till they correct it.
- Most importantly I want to know is- can they take even more time i.e, even more than 5-7 days. Do anyone have experience how much time they usually take to correct their report.
I will be very thankful for you guys. Pls reply. I am very upset due to all this

I have faced the same problem in my report. For my MDS degree they have mentioned two years of graduation and same degree of my collegue they have mentioned three years of graduation. I have mailed them regarding that. Let's see. If you find out something let me know too. Thnx

Dont know how much time it would take for them to process the report. Be hopeful that it will get done asap but you cannot send this report for CIC under any circumstance. You have to wait for the new one for your CIC application.
