Mistake in Schedule A

Hello...My VO has asked me to send an updated form of my spouse's Schedule A for an additional 6 years. I had made a mistake in her date of birth on that form (almost 6 years difference ). Should i just make the DOB change on the new one and send that alone, or shall i send a letter attached with the new form, stating that there was a msitake in the DOB field?

e mail your visa office and ask, they reply. I made a similar mistake, i wrote that i was 1 year on vacations in a different country when i was actualy 1 month. They asked me for my passport stamps copies and update the form with the correct information
