I uploaded divorce document for immigration and there is a mistake that I lived in a different country and now immigration department is asking me police clearance certificate.

Sorry - let me preach for second - people, if there are mistakes in your official/legal documents, it is really important to get them corrected before you apply!

At this point, if posible, just get the PCC. If it is going to take a long time, apply for the PCC, write a letter of explanation and submit proof that you have applied.
