I applied for my PR back in 2017 through a lawyer and was just looking at the application today as i was preparing my citizenship application.

Under Canadian address history they put from 2015-02-15 till 2016-06-15. In actually fact i was only there until 2015-12-01 before moving onto the next address.

Now for my citizenship application i have to include past 5 years address history so there will be a discrepancy.

Should i ignore it as it is non material or should in include a letter of explanation saying address was mistakenly put wrong at time of PR application?

can anyone please offer any insight into this as i am quite worried

It will pass AOR stage, but If they see any discrepancy you may have some explanation to do with the Citizenship officer during interview. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

but will they think i misrepresented or is it just a immaterial mistake since the addresses werent accurate?

Hi, i am in the same boat as you, i missed one of address, what is your status
did you applied already or what
i have already applied please reply thanks

Also, its weird how when youre adding the address history, the street number is "optional".. so confused now if they actually care about the addresses

I assume you (and the others in similar situations) got your citizenships by now. But that said this shouldn’t be a problem and at worst will probably cause delays and extra questions. As far as address history goes I’ve only heard of one incidence where it caused a pretty serious issue but that was with someone who used an address they never even lived in for the purpose of jumping queue which is very different than what’s going on with any of you it seems. Someone like @dpenabill or @legalfalcon can answer this better though I think.
