Missing "United Kingdom" in Countries or territories of residence

Hey! I am trying to apply for Canadian Transit Visa. I am flying to Cancun from United Kingdom. I am resident in United Kingdom for the past three years and I inted to travel to Cancun (Mexico) via Toronto. I was filling out the form for transit visa, when I encountered this issue. While filling out section for

Countries or territories of residence​

In the subsection - * Select a country or territory (required) - United Kingdom is missing there. How do I complete my form is a major country is missing from the drop down list? Where do I complain about this? I tried calling the high commission and London and there was no way to connect to a human agent. I have tried looking for Great Britain/England anything equivalent and couldnt find it.

Please help if you have faced this before.

Strange that it is missing. Always been there and on the paper application. You are not a citizen so cannot talk to the embassy. Send a webform through IRCC and ask. Also hopefully your trip is not soon. May want to look at direct flights or flights through the Caribbean.

Hey! Thank you for the reply! I am an Indian citizen with residence permit in the UK uptil 2028 and non immigrant US visa till 2033. I have already sent a webform through IRCC. My trip is on the 17th of January and I havent booked any tickets yet. So hopefully would be looking at something through the US or other countries.

Processing, not including passport stamping, is more than 40 days. If you have US visa then go through the US. If not, BA has a direct. Assume you have Mexican visa (if required).
