I'm going to apply for OINP in April (even though I already heard that they've slowed down in giving PT :().
I'll have my tax return appointment in April, and probably I won't receive the NOA until mid July. It's even worse for me because I haven't filled for tax return for 3 years and I was not working or studying in 2014, so how to proof I was in Canada in 2014 is another problem. The 2012 NOA is the latest and the only NOA I have, all of the NOAs before 2012 were lost...

What should I do now? First, call CRA and let them send my missing NOAs, and finger-crossed to find something to claim in 2014?

Any advice are appreciated! :P

You don't need to have income or expenses to file with CRA. And you can file previous year returns any time if you don't owe them money.

Thanks for your reply :D So I can include only my 2015 T4 in the application package?
