I submitted a request for the PR a week ago, I was living in 4 countries, I got 3 police certificate till now but for Qatar I tired multiple options, the embassy ( in progress ), I send all document directly to the interior ministry and no answer till now, I did a power of attorney to a friend but the document still in ministry of foreign affairs canada, in case that I will not be able to get it and I will send all this proof, still the request can be denied,
