My wife and I received prepaid returned UPS envelop from the VAC only has my passport in it. There are two tracking number sticker at the front of the returned package however just missing passport. Has anyone encountered the same problem and how the issued was resolved? Our fight for the trip is within 48 hrs, needs solutions!
Plus calling the helpline number +18882964511 keeps repeating the same stuff but not allowing me to do anything is another issue.
