Hi,
My wife received her PR Card last week and she is missing a name on the card. For example, she goes by First Middle1 Middle2 Surname. But the card lists her name as Middle1 Middle2 Surname. She immigrated from the U.S. and now we are finding difficulties in registering the car she brought over and getting her drivers licence because the name on her PR Card does not match the name on her car title and on her US drivers licence (both of which include her first name. Has anyone encountered this before? What do we do? She doesn't want to register as a completely different person in Canada.

This is very frustrating as it took 3.5 years to get to this stage (PR application, application rejection, appeal, ADR, two TRPs -- and now a missing name on the PR Card). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Call the Immigration and ask them.
If is not your mistake and you submitted your documents right they have to correct and replace the PR card.
