missing form MPNP PR visa application

hi.... ive submitted my MPNP PR application for visa last jan.25...i have 2 dependants aged 15 & 18..when i checked out the additional family form (imm5406) this morning, i found out that dependant aged 18 should also submit his own imm5406...i plan to submit it tomorrow with a letter requesting them (cic) to consolidate my 2nd mail (jan.29,tomorrow) to the first (jan.25)....did anyone here had that same concern before? any advice? thanks...God bless

i still little confused ,did u apply for pnp or you already got pnp and applied for federal application. I am not sure but 99% they will refuse
your file with letter of file incomplete.i dont think that they will find your second letter and put in your file and consider as
a full complete package.i suggest you that make second full package with new application as well as explaination letter about why u applied
2nd time. its matter about some hundred dollars for you but end of the day it is about canadian PR. dont take risk of wasting 3 -4 months for
your return incomplete package. I MIGHT BE WRONG SO GET SOME MORE ADVISE. just give u this suggestion based on forum experience and lots of
poeple got back their application becoz of some silly mistakes. they will accept your file if you left any gap in address or work exp. but will not
consider full package if you missed any sign or forms.rest is your choice. good luck.
