I am writing this topic to ask for your help on determining the missing LMIA documents that ESDC requires me to add before they can proceed with the application. Any advice, suggestion, recommendation would be greatly appreciated!
Firstly, I want to summarize my case: I am working in a nail salon in Waterloo, Ontario, managed by a Vietnamese owner. The owner have been trying to recruit a Vietnamese supervisor to replace the one who left this position several months ago. The requirements are proficient in both Vietnamese and English, with intensive knowledge about manicure, pedicure, beauty therapies, operation of equipment in the salon…We tried advertising on job boards online, job bank…etc. but no candidate is suitable for the position. As a result, I helped the owner gather the documents and apply for LMIA to hire a Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) from Vietnam whom we interviewed several times and are very satisfied with her experience.
In the Application, I already submitted these documents according to the Checklist:
· Attestation
· CRA – GST_HST_return notice of assessment
· ESDC-EMP2626
· Business License
· T4_Summary of remuneration paid
· T4_Statement of remuneration paid
· T2125 – Statement of business activities
· 4 Proofs of recruitments (1 job bank, 2 online platforms, 1 local job board, with 5 CVs of rejected applicants)
After mailing the application package with all of the above documents required in the Checklist of ESDC -EMP5626 form, we got a notice from LMIA Processing Center demanding that we must submit 3 more documents before they can accept and process the application:
1. Verified Financial Statement (I figure it out that they are 2 forms: T2 Schedule 100 and T2 Schedule 125. I do not know if they are correct, can you guys give me some suggestion?)
2. Verified Language Requirement (I don’t know which form or document should I submit for this one)
3. Verified Education Requirement (I don’t know which form or document should I submit for this one)
If anyone here ever applied for an LMIA or has experience in dealing with these required missing documents from ESDC, please help me with this case because this is the first time this employer apply for an LMIA.
