Application submitted without a document early April. The document obtained soon after.The file not opened yet .Anyone knows what does 90 day extension mean and does it apply to me , since the document has been obtained already, but the file is not opened yet?

They will request it once they view your file. Most people that submitted in March are waiting to hear back as well. Don’t worry this is normal during covid 19.
Not too sure about what happens to the app after the request it. But I would like to think that they would wait for you to send the documents before processing further. Not too sure tbh
