I completed a bachelors and a masters in Quebec. I could not attend my masters convocation as I had to relocate for job. Received an iTA after covid and by that time my university had stopped mailing service for diplomas. As a result, I could not submit my masters diploma (submitted bachelors) but I provided my transcript, an official letter that says the degrees I was granted at the university and also provided a link to my masters thesis which is only published once your degree is granted. I explained the situation in a letter. I received AOR August 8th and if everything goes well should receive MEP/BIL in the next few days. I am wondering if the lack of the diploma will cause an issue. My university has not started the mailing service yet. I plan to submit the diploma as an additional document as soon as they resume the service. Does anyone have similar experience? Is there anything else I can do? Thanks in advance!
