Missing AOR after 10 weeks

Hi Guys,
I need some advice here. I mailed out my citizenship application on the 11th of August and was delivered on the 14th of August, signed by someone at CIC. It is nearly 10 weeks now and I have not received AOR. I have called cic twice and still not able to make headway from the call centre staff. What should I do. Any advice?

Check online status and you may find info about AOR if mail is not received or lost

Check spam folder and as mentioned above try the online application status site. If nothing, no other option but to wait.

Check the spreadsheet to see if you are within the timeline mentioned by others folks at the same office.

May be timelines will change due to more applicants due to 3/5 rule change.
