Missing address information on return envelope!!

I was applying for temporary resident visa and I have just mailed my passport to Ottawa office.The problem is that one the return envelope, I forgot to include my apartment number.

Who can I contact to revise the address? I have sent emails to CPP-CTP-OTTAWA-TRV-VRT @ cic.gc.ca, but I didn't get any reply. Any contact number I can call?

Any help will be appreciated.

I think nearest Postal office. In my opinion it will reach there atleast. so you may contact them.

Yes, the mail will goes to the nearest postal office, but i was told if there is no apartment no., the mail will be considered undeliverable and returned ottawa office. Is there any way I can contact ottawa office? I have sent them several emails, but it seems they dont look at them.
