Missed travel history for dependent spouse

Hi Experts,

I have just submitted my EE application 2 days back, and suddenly I remembered that I forgot to add a 3 days short trip to Mexico for my husband in the application. He is dependent for my application and I am the primary one.

Although I have submitted all pages of his passport.

Please let me know if that can create a problem... if yes please suggest me what can I do now?

Raise a CSE and inform CIC about it.
