Hi all. Just a few questions regarding returning to Canada after misrepresentation. I was issued with a departure order and exclusion order for misrepresentation. I left on my own accord and funded my return back to the UK. It's now been almost two years since my return and I would love to return to Canada via express entry. I have an offer of employment and just wondered what are my chances of returning?? Has anyone done it?
