Misrepresentation ban from Canada

I failed in Btech. I heard about Credit transfer mode which is legal in India. And i cleared my papers through Credit transfer and received Degree Certificates.But unfortunately received 5 year ban from Canada for misrepresentation. Can i apply to UK for study visa after the canada ban is over.
