Misplaced work permit

Looks like I misplaced my work permit and had not even scanned it yet. How do I get a replacement?

Please contact IRCC; they will send you instructions to reapply. The same happened with one of my known persons. During the application, you need to pay $35/45 (I forgot the exact amount); later, IRCC refunded them.
