Mismatched dates on PCC - Help

Hi, everyone!

Is there a way to upload additional documents preemptively before IRCC asks for them/refuses my application for incompleteness?

I just noticed that my China PCC only covers dates beginning December 24, 2018 even though I first entered China on August 24, 2018 (and registered at the police station the next day). I don't understand how that happened, and I don't know why I didn't even think to check the dates, but the important thing is: is there a way to solve this problem preemptively? I saw on ImmiTracker that someone got refused because of this very issue. That's when I even realized I should check my dates.

I feel like I'm sitting on a sinking ship. Help!

I think I figured out the situation. The PCC started on that date because that's the date I entered China as a resident instead of a tourist. I was on a tourist visa when I first started my job because they were still processing my residence permit, which didn't get approved until October, so when I left for a short trip and re-entered on December 24, I was entering as a resident for the first time, and China only issues PCCs to residents. That's why their record on me only started December 24.

I ended up sending an LOE for all of that through a CSE. Do you think that's sufficient?
