Miserable Situation

First of all let me tell u about my whole story, sorry in advance for my poor English, I got married with a Canadian raised Pakistani girl in 2006 she has the Canadian passport, our weeding was held in our homeland Pakistan, after staying 8 months with me she went back to Canada and start her studies… due to some domestic violence and misunderstandings I couldn’t able to send my documents for sponsorship, after a 1.5 years of waiting things gone batter and I send my documents and she submitted it. But as i had less knowledge of immigration process they fill-up immigration forms by their own and cut of my whole family member from additional family members form, and put their other relatives name in them so that they can call them on behalf of me, when I reached their in 2009, after 7 months we find that we couldn’t go further together so we decide for separation, but my father-in-law had started the process silently to call their relative’s children on behalf of my PR, (by forging my signature and having my all proof of Bank and job etc..) now we husband wife have great misunderstandings and confusion but they force me to be patient and tie with their daughter, I am in great trouble and find no way to exit, no one I have in this country totally helpless, they take total advantage of my humility, what should I do to conserve my life and my residence status….

They can not call their relatives children by putting them in your additional family information. They would have had to put them on your PR application as your children in order to do that and possibly with fake birth certificates proving that as well.

First of all, if your marriage to your wife is over, you should start by leaving her. Being out of the house of this family will help you a lot. You can even move to another town, start over, make new friends.

Another thing you need to do if you think they are falsifying documents to make you sponsor some other people is to contact CIC and tell them what you think is happening. Tell them that you think that after you mailed your PR application to your wife, her family may have added some fake children on it that are not your children and that now they are falsifiying sponsorship in your name of these children. Explain that you wish to withdraw this sponsorship in case it is happening. If you ignore this and they actually bring these children to Canada in your name, you are financially responsible for them for the next 10 years. If the children go on welfare or disability, you pay.
