While applying for a study permit online, I've accidentally chosen 'No' for whether I've been living in one of the designated countries for six months. I misinterpreted designated countries as "designated countries of origin", and what it really meant was whether it was a designated country in a list they have provided. I've only noticed the list after sending the application and it seems I require a medical exam since I was supposed to choose 'Yes'.

If I were to choose 'Yes' they would have given me a form to request a medical exam, but since I chose 'No', there was no such option. So I was thinking should I re-apply and ask them to disregard the first application.

Also, in my application status, the tooltip for medical exam review says that I do not need a medical exam but I will be notified if I do, but I'm not sure if they'll take into account my mistake, and I don't want to risk anything.
