Minor traveling with an adult sibling

My minor sibling would be traveling with me (19) to visit our parents in Canada, would my sibling be allowed to travel with me or do I need any papers to bring?

So I would be considered as the legal guardian of my sibling? and should just bring written permission from my parents?
