Minor taken out of Canada, not fulfilled PR residency criteria

Hi

I landed in Canada with my parents and older brother in May 2010. I was 14 years older at the time. However my parents decided to leave Canada the same year due to financial and employment constraints. I would like to reclaim my residency status, if possible, as I am a major. How do I go about doing so?

How do I go about doing so?

You can try applying for a PR Travel Document under H&C stating that you were removed from Canada as a minor. It's hard to say if this will be successful or not. You are a bit old to be applying using this H&C claim and generally there are high levels of success when someone applies before they turn 21. But you can certainly give it a try.
