I was 12 years when my parents surrendered my PR in 2014 - we travelled to Canada in 2014 on visa and stayed there for a month. Now I am 18 years and would like to revive my PR
status, as I have to do my undergraduation from Canadian university and subsequently settle there.

Is it possible to apply for a travel document in order to visit Canada and revive my PR ? What is the possibility of getting my PR status revived ?

Maybe clarify what you mean by surrended ? if your parents actually formally renounced then your status is gone and you would need to apply from scratch. If they only left and therefore failed the residency obligation then that is a a whole different matter for H&C removed as minor.

Only PR cards expire PR status never expires by the way and can only be renounced or revoked.

It's not possible.

You officially gave up your PR status and are no longer a PR. A travel documents would only be possible if you had not given up PR status.

If you want to study in Canada you'll need to do it on a study permit.
