Am currently in this situation, am an international student in Canada when I came into Canada I told my immigration consultant I want to apply for my kids to come join me in Canada I specifically told her study visa for my kids who are 4years and 2years old respectively and she said they were not up to the age of going to school and advised that we apply for visitor visa which was approved. when they came into Canada she claimed that she will then apply for study permit and visitor record for my minor who will turn 5 by November 2025 we put in an application for her, on August 26 IRCC requested for LOA or confirmation of enrollment from the educational institution for my minor which should be provided on or before 2 September I won’t be able to provide that due to the timeframe. Please I need advice on what to do.
