Minor question - Webform double confirmation

Hello!
Has anyone experienced that, when submitting multiple documents through webform, you get staggered confirmation messages saying it has been added to your file? We had one message 15 days ago and another today for the same submission. We uploaded two PDFs; are they confirming one file initially then the second two weeks later? Thanks!

Apparently, it means nothing.
If you submitted two uploads like I did, it may just send something twice.
