Can some explain to me how this will work ...
Let's say a PR 's parent has some minor problem , like a back ache or something and needs to see a doctor. Will the doctor readily see the patient ? Assuming that the parent has a medical insurance but knowing that the insurance covers only emergency medical needs.
If the doctor does see the patient, I am assuming all costs will have to be paid by the patient.
My real question is .. will the doctor see the patient ?
