Sorry for the title, an embarrassing typo...
Hello people, I'm back on the forums, once again with new questions that I didn't ask last time when I was here. (about 1 year ago).

Information about me & my destination:
Anyways, lets cut the chase. I'm a 15 years old Iranian with an Iranian passport and I'm planning to travel to Canada to continue my studies.
Now here's a little information about the location I'm planning to travel to;
State: BC
City: Coquitlam (Maybe that's a neighborhood of Vancouver, not sure...)
School: Gleneagle or TerryFox (No boarding)

Now, I'm not planning to go and study only for a year, I want to get my diploma, finish my studies and find a job, okay I guess I have to cool/narrow it down to the present, not the future.

Since I'm 15 I am a minor and the BC majority age is 19 (long way...) I can move out of Iran when I'm 16 but that's the deal line. (Not sure if there is any difference between 15 & 16)

My current issue:
Last time I had financial issues, (which is now solved, 400K CAD in my dad's bank account). My only issue right now is finding a Guardian, no, my parent(s) cannot come over to Canada and stay with me, they both have jobs here in Iran. So right now I NEED to find a guardian but I don't know WHO! I can't just go to anybody and be like a "Hey! I'm 15 years old, I want you to be my responsible and legal guardian for 4 years." Sounds crazy right? I am really confused, my parents don't really care about me living alone, they know I can handle it.

Plan Z:
Here's a little thing that I was thinking about, which is Plan Z (Last option) but I have to make sure that does this Plan Z even work? Let's start.
My father comes with me to CA with visitor visa, he signs me up at a school, he rents a house, gets my visa and does all the legal work, once I have me and him got our visas (Study permit for me and guardian visa for him, so he is dependant on me.) he will stay for a month and then leave CA and go back to Iran. Now I'm not sure if the authorities find out that I'm living alone, do they care?

Summary of questions:
How can I find a legal guardian when we have no family or friends in Canada?
I'm planning on renting a room rather a house since It's only me. Is that enough proof to get a Visa?
Is that Plan Z even going to work?
Are there any other types of visas that I can get? (I don't think so)
Any notes, recommendations, and tips are welcomed.

Thank you all for spending your time on reading this, it's a free forum and the members are working voluntarily which makes it great.

Plan Z will definitely not work. There is no such thing as a guardian visa and your father cannot be included as your dependent. Your father will only be a visitor in Canada and isn't authorized to live in Canada - so he cannot act as your guardian. You need to find a guardian who is authorized to live in Canada - preferably a permanent resident of Canada or a citizen.

Have you spoken to the two schools you plan to attend? Sometimes schools can help with these arrangements.

Note that since you'll be attending secondary school, you won't qualify for a work permit once you complete your studies in Canada (you also won't be able to work while you attend secondary school). You'll first have to complete your secondary school studies and then attend a post secondary school (college or university) before you'll qualify for a post graduate work permit. I assume you know that but thought it would be good to check.

So you're telling me that the only way is contacting the school or going on craigslist and looking for a guardian? (Sorry for the sarcasm)
And yes I know about the work permit, my financial issue is solved.
Also thanks for the information you gave about the "Guardian visa":D
