Minor child with PGWP mother: Extend visitor status or change to TRV

hi all,

My 8 year old daughter came to visit me (I am master graduate with 3 year PGWP valid till 29 Jan 2019) under visitor visa.

She will stay with me and start Grade 3 in Sept in Toronto.

Should I extend her visitor's status or change visitor visa to study permit for her?
In both cases, how should I start the application.
