Hello There - My Brother and His Wife are PRs of Canada (Landing done but not moved here). They recently had a child outside Canada (In India). What is the process to bring the child with them to Canada?

Should they apply for Visitors visa for the child and apply for PR after the child is here? Any other alternatives?

Yes, they should apply for a TRV so that they can travel with the child to Canada and then apply for PR once they are in Canada.

The alternative is that one parent moves to Canada first ahead of the rest of the family, applies to sponsor the child for PR, and then the other parent moves with the child once the PR application is approved.
