Minimum wage requirement for foreign worker

I am from Pakistan and working as a HR Officer (NOC 1223). I am going to apply for express entry next month Is there any minimum wage requirement for foreign workers? As my salary in Pakistan is PKR 32000 per month.

Are you not working in Canada in food service as your previous post indicates?
