Is this Minimum Income Requirement is before Tax or after Tax.

There is no min as long as you are not collecting Welfare or some kind of goverment assistance.

Spousal sponsorship does not have income requirement. However, I think the original poster is looking for answers with regards to parent sponsorship. In my opinion, it's before tax. Correct me if I am wrong, please.
