Can any one advise how much acceptable band in IELTS for Canada to Apply a PR.
and where to study!.

Can any one advise how much acceptable band in IELTS for Canada to Apply a PR.

There is no minimum requirement (for Express Entry application), however score in IELTS significantly governs your overall CRS and hence your chances for getting ITA.
I'm not sure about minimum requirement for PNP category.
