I am hoping someone knows...
I am aware that military history can cause some delay in the process since they must investigate deployments.
My husband is a former Marine, but he has never been deployed. I am wondering if we won't experience one of those big delays since he has never been deployed. Why would they bother taking so much time investigating if he never had the opportunity?
