I completed my visa interview a couple of months back at Colombo embassy. I declared 2.5 million Srilankan rupees as funds I will be taking with me to Canada, but I came to know that Srilankan government does not allow to carry more than 1 million for a family migrating to other countries. Does Canadian immigration official accepts if I carry one million and then If I bring the rest of money later ? Please advise.
