There is no easy way to settle in Canada. If you wish to come to Canada to study as an international student, you will need to apply for a study permit and show a bank balance of at least $25,000 CAD to be approved.
If you wish to move to Canada permanently, you will need to wait until you have finished school and likely finished university studies before you can apply. You will also need to have at least one year of full time paid work experience in a skilled profession.
Children wishing to pursue education in Canada must pay for schooling that is free for Canadian students or children who have parents who legally work or study in Canada. Your parents will have to stay in your home country while you go to school and must pay for schooling and boarding with a guardian. Your parents will have to show that they can fund the $25,000 cost per year.
