Migrating from China to Canada Getting issues in WES

Hello ,

Currently i am in the process of WES verification for my Chinese and English transcript.

I am using CSSD-WES Channel to send my reports electronically as per requirement.

However i am facing an issue to bind my reports to CHSI and send them to WES due to name mismatch.

The CHSI portal is registered under my English name as per my passport , however the CHSI has issued the report with Chinese name as per my Chinese transcript.

Is there any solution to this , as the CHSI customer service tell me i cant change my name or else the academic information will get removed.

Any sort of help is welcome as my admission is conditional to WES.
