Migrating as a Realtor.

Hello,
First post here

My story goes like this. I'm 18 at the moment, I live in a country that I really suffer in and having a hard time here.
I plan on migrating to Canada based on some kind of Professional Immigration \ Required Skill.
I'm going to save up about 30K CAD$ for a year before coming to Canada.

One subject that I have a lot of interest in is Real Estate.
So my questions are:

1. Is it possible for me to get a Student Visa to Canada in order to study this field?
2. Does Real Estate consider a high demand skill in Canada?
3. Where can I find the updated list of the skills that are in demand right now?

1. Any coureses related to real estate are likely too short for you to realistically obtain a student visa.
2. No - it's not in demand at all.
