Dear Members,
With respect to the prevailing political situation, conditions and would be prosecution of minorities, in accordance to the recent amendments of laws in the country, I would like to be enlightened with expert suggestions and advice from the forum members.
Whether any provision is available for such individuals fearing to be persecuted based on religion to be allowed migration to Canada on a refugee status? if so, what are the Formalities to be completed in order to be adopted in new homeland where peace and harmony ever prevails?

You either need a TRV to come to Canada to claim or you need to leave your country and be recognized by UNHCR as a refugee, in which case UNHCR would resettle you wherever they can.

Certain organizations can sponsor refugees. There are specific guidelines and limited availability. The applicant would still need to be outside if their country of origin. Some good information here:
