Yes, you can apply as a couple. No, you cannot include your parents in the application. They are not classified as depedents. You may qualify to sponsor them after you become PRs. It will take at least four years for you to qualify to sponsor your parents after you become a PR and start living and working in Canada.

Thankyou scylla. I got some more questions. My wife is Post graduate in Public Health and Iam a graduate in Bachelor of Hotel Management. We are planing to Apply with My wife as Primary applicant and Im the Secondary applicant, Is it possible for us to fly together and find some jobs or do we have to fly individually?

I don't really understand your question. Once PR is approved, you can travel to Canada together and both look for jobs.
