each and every appln is diff........it completely depends on bg checks......if VO is happy and bg checks over, then they issue MR......I'm no one to say how much time it will take in ur or my case......but we can be positive that too much time after 2nd line does not necessarily mean interview/something wrong with appln

My application was accepted at NS in Nov 2011. I recieved Medical request in Sept (2012) 1st week.
My two cents - each case is different and it depends how fast the case officer process your application
