MHA with a BDS degree

Hi all,
I'm in a very confused state. I'm a BDS graduate with one year work experience. Im not that interested in clinicals. So I wanna pursue something else and I came across MHA which sparks my interest. As an international student with no administrative background will be able to secure a job after MHA in Canada? Any guidance appreciated.
Please help.

Most of administration done is hospitals are done by clinicians that have moved up through the ranks. Canada also has a much smaller senior hospital health management team because it is a publicly administered healthcare system. An MBA would likely be a better option. Also depends on what kind of opportunities you think you’ll have access to with the MHA and with an international dental graduate with little clinical experience.
