I am a Mexican student temporarily living in Toronto since August last year (8 months). My career is a three year term. I have a B1-B2 Laser visa which expires in June 2016 (in three months).
I have checked in the US Embassy site and it does not specify if, in my situation, is OK to apply for a B1 visa to enter to the US. I have been crossed the border almost every weekend, but I am concerned that, since there is nothing clear in the US site, the Consul would deny my visa if i apply in the US embassy in Toronto instead of the Mexican US Embassy.
Does anybody knows the real process to apply?
