Message "Medical test results received" disappeared

It seems that when I went to check my husband's application status it said: "We have received your application..." but no mention of the medical test results.
What does this mean?

Does anyone know?

Did you get the display Med results before and then disappear or you got the application received only?

Doesn't mean anything, a lot of ECAS updates never display this information, it all depends on what the IO enters into the display line. You have nothing to worry about unless they contact you asking for them. You should be A-OK
