Can anyone tell me that
credentional asking information mail pn 9 Apr 2024
I got married on 26 apr 2024
now waiting for certificate meanwhile my ecopr come
so what should i do now ?
how i can include my wife now ? is there any issue if i now include my wife in file ? please reply

If you were married before activating your eCopr, you have no choice. You have to add your wife before you officially become a PR.
If your eCopr has already been `activated'...I do not know what your options are.

I am `old school' and not very informed on how the eCopr thing works in terms of when you become an official PR.

[The below only applies if your spouse is a foreign national, whether in Canada or not. If your spouse is a Canadian citizen or PR, you are okay and this is not urgent.]

CONTACT IRCC RIGHT NOW. You must advise them of your marriage before you become a PR. You will need to do this in writing. Read the instructions on what you need to do/how to contact them.

Your own final date of becoming a PR will be delayed, UNLESS you became a PR before the date of your marriage. (And that should not be the case - you would/should have got the ecopr ).

DO NOT assume that this is okay. If you don't get this done right, you will never be able to sponsor your spouse. You need something in writing that they have received this info and halted processing of your PR status.

You basically will need to revise your applicatoin and IMM0008 to include your spouse and get your spouse to provide the additional family information, plus docs of identity and PCC. Possibly some other forms too.
